  • Pennington nearing return to Dolphins

    Per PFT
The Chads are almost back together again in Miami.

Edgar Thompson of the Palm Beach Post reports that Chad Pennington will re-join the Dolphins "barring something crazy." A contract is not yet in place.

Pennington is set to hit the market at midnight, when crazy things tend to happen. But we've heard Pennington wanted to return to Miami, and it looks like the feeling is mutual.

Chad Henne will remain the starter, although the presence of Pennington could make Henne a little nervous.

One less QB on the open market. Bring on Sam Bradford.

It amazes me that some of the Bulger haters wanted this guy to come to St. Louis anyway. He's like a clone of Bulger with a weaker arm and just as "immobile" too. Might as well just keep Bulger if you want a guy like Pennington.

Exactly. I never knew what the hype was about Pennington.

Pennington is a bum, and will probably never do anything again.
