  • 2010 NFL Mock draft Creator Spreadsheet (Final Version)

Here is the final version of my 2010 NFL Mock Draft Creator spreadsheet. It now includes all the compensatory picks and results from the scouting combine. As a refresher I’ve listed the features of the spreadsheet below.

    Features:

Over 1500 players (Name, Position, Height, Weight, College) ranked by averaging various player rankings on the net.

Ability to view by specific player position.

Team statistical rankings from this past year (Passing, running, against the pass, against the run)

List of players who will be attending the NFL combine and combine results.

Draft Point Value Chart (For estimating value of specific draft positions for trades.)

Easy to use, just put the number where you think a player will be picked next to his name on the Player Data page and it fills in his position on your mock draft page.

Ability to filter the mock draft page to only include the picks for the team you cheer for.

    Good luck in the draft!

Here is the web link to download the spreadsheet:

Thanks beerfish, I remember you coming here last year and earlier this year with the same thing - it's a very cool tool.

Here is my 2010 Mock Draft Creator Spreadsheet. Some of you may remember the sheet from previous years. (I’ve created these sheets each of the last 4 or 5 years). As a refresher here are some of the features of the spreadsheet.

(The players are listed but their numbers will obviously not be filled in until after the combine.)

Draft Point Value Chart (For estimating value of specific draft positions for trades.)

Easy to use, just put the number where you think a player will be picked next to his name on the Player Data page and it fills in his position on your mock draft page. The final draft position list won’t be until coin flips are held to determine some ties in draft order (usually takes place at the combine) and after compensatory picks are awarded (late March if I recall)

Ability to filter the mock draft page to only include the picks for the team you cheer for.

        Good luck in the draft!

2009 NFL mock draft creator spreadsheet...
        by Beerfish
Beerfish's 2009 NFL Mock Draft Creator Spreadsheet is once again available this year. I've created one of these each of about the past three years near draft time. Some posters on this site will remember it from previous years.

        Features:

        - List of over 350 draft eligible players ranked by an average of surveys from various draft lists and mocks on the web.

        - Searchable by position.

        - Team offensive and defensive statistical rankings from the previous year. (Helps you know in which area a team might be weak.)

        - Results of the NFL combine.

        - Full draft position listing. (Any trades from here on in of course and the sheet will have to be updated. Also compensatory picks have not been announced yet. When
they do announce the compensatory picks the spreadsheet will be updated.)

        - Easy to use, just type a number beside the player name and it fills out the mock draft sheet for you. You can filter the mock draft sheet to show only your team and thus do a mock for just your team if you desire.

I'm just an NFL fan (of the NY Jets....don't hold that against me.) who creates this thing each year so there is no charge or anything. Quite a few people from various fan forums have found this useful so each year I make a post offering it up to anyone who may want it. In the past I have emailed the spreadsheet to people but that became a bit too labor intensive due to the number of people requesting it so this year I’ve put it up on a free file sharing site where it is available for download. Here is the link:

Hopefully the moderators won't disapprove of me posting this, if so they can feel free to pm me if this post is not appropriate.

        Good drafting!

2012 NFL Mock draft creator spreadsheet
        by Beerfish
Here is the 2012 version of my NFL mock draft creator spreadsheet. Some of you may remember it from previous years. It essentially has the same features as previous spreadsheets. Some of the features of the sheet are as follows.

Over 325 draft eligible players listed, ranked via an average of online rankings.
        Team statistical rankings page.
        NFL Combine results.
Easy to use to research/follow the draft and to make your own mock drafts for all teams or just the team you follow.

You can navigate by using the main page buttons which are macro driven or if you wish to not use macros you can navigate manually via the worksheet tabs at the bottom of the page.

The spreadsheet link to google docs is below. Once you click the link to the document go to “File”….”Download” to download the sheet. Happy drafting!

        todd mcshay 2010 mock draft
        by general counsel
I dont know how to post the link, but todd mcshays first mock draft is available. He has the rams selecting bradford with the number one overall pick. I assume that means we are unlikely to win more than a small handlful of games.

        ramming speed to all

One of the best in the biz's latest mock, Bradford seems to be the consensus pick for the Rams among draftniks.

To get any idea of who will be on the board at our #33 pick, here are some notables falling out of 1st round:
        Jared Odrick,DT,Penn St
        Charles Brown,OT,USC
        Golden Tate,WR,ND
        Ryan Mathews,RB,Fresno State
        Jahvid Best,RB,Cal
        Carlos Dunlap,DE,Florida
        Corey Wootton,DE,Northwestwern

Who would you guys take at #33 in this scenario?...
