With the new owner coming in and last year being our "Free" year as the new regime, we need to take the person who give the fans the most hope for the future right now. Right now that guy is Bradford.

It's Bradford unless something major happens. I cannot conceive of any private workout format that would cause his stock to fall outside of a "live fire" run our offense NOW! NOW! NOW! whilst being overwhelmed by defenders format. And nobody ever does that.

Edit: I did think of one other possibility. If his agent goes insane and asks for something that's $30 million clear of what Suh and McCoy are asking for, then we might waver.

Being realistic. Its Bradford unless we get a top 5 first rounder and every subsquent first rounder from said team for 5 years....

So, you are saying you wouldn't take our 4th overall, JCampbell, Andre Carter, and next years 2nd? Just checking ;)

I really can't see them passing on Bradford right now unless a team is prepared to trade the house for him. I think I'm also completely convinced, about 3 months ago I was 100% behind the rams drafting Suh, now I really want Bradford to be the franchise QB

Conversely, they had better be prepared to justify on pain of rather imminent termination why we're picking in the Top 5 next year and somebody else has the Awesome DT.

Khan should make it very clear that whoever they pick will not give them added job security. If we took a QB when we weren't ready for one, we should do what we should have done when we sacked Shawmunt and fired every decision maker those two hired.

Bradford all day everyday. If there would be a team to offer a kings ransom it would be the Redskins. I think we will be able to work out any sort of contract issues. So no issues start printing that 14 in gold and blue

                            I also think it's Bradford.

Simply put, this team does not currently have a quarterback on the roster who they can credibly say is the intended starter for all of next season. Not Bulger after the way things have gone for him the last few years, not Feeley, not Boller, and not Null. Yes, they have other needs as well, but this is a quarterback league, and we need someone about whom the guys in charge can say "This QB is our guy for the foreseeable future.."

As far as a trade is concerned, I'm not a big fan of one unless the Rams are blown away by an obscenely great package of picks. I think that the Redskins would be the most likely team to pay up. I would accept their entire draft this year, especially if the Ram are convinced that Bradford is a franchise quarterback. They only have 5 picks, in rounds 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7. I would not give up a potential franchise qb for the chance to take guys like Darell Scott, Brooks Foster, Roy Scheuning, John Greco, Justin King, etc. You could get a decent player with the 2nd rounder, but you could also end up with Brian Leonard. I remember people being fired up that we traded down in 2006 because Denver wanted Cutler, so went took Tye Hill and also got a 3rd rounder, which we subsequently used on Claude Wroten. If they think Bradford is the guy, you take him.

It certainly looks like the writing is on the wall and the pick's going to be Bradford. As far as any trade scenarios, I just don't see any team giving up enough to get the Rams to bite. Man I hope that shoulder is solid.

Bradford has already lobbied to keep McD as the coordinator was told it takes three years to master the system. But Sam was realistic that it most likely will not happen.

NFLN said if the Rams don't land a Fisher type a big name HC they better have a plan B and the plan might be to interview McD

NFLN said the Rams GM job is a hot job, Bradford, Cap space ect. Going to need to fix the O line and change the Defense the Rams have a lot of work to do. Stan has to get it right the Rams fan based has had enough of the losing.

Did Spags coaching cost the rams some games? Yes but the Rams still wouldn't have made the playoffs with all the injuries. By Spags costing the Rams a few games they will get the 2 pick in the draft. If anything you should be mad they beat the saints or the browns that cost the Rams the number 1 pick over all. Give Spags a break.
