Re: What to do with Round Number 2
IMO, we have to address one of our lines.
If you want a pass-rush sack specialist, then go get Kindle.
If you want a Right Tackle, go get USC's Charles Brown.
They're my guys and in my opinion we can't go wrong wither either.

Re: What to do with Round Number 2
Kindle is going to be an OLB not a sack specialist. He may blitz and be successful from that position but we need good outside linebackers. I would also pick a wr before I would go o-line at this point. I cant stand our wr's and its too bad we didnt do what the Cowboys did and go get Dez Bryant.Aim high Willis, Aim High!

Re: What to do with Round Number 2
Plan A: Trade down.
Plan B: Draft a defensive lineman. Brian Price, Sergio Kindle, and Everson Griffen are key persons of interest here. Kindle might be the most talented but arguably not the best fit. Griffen is a bit of an underachiever, but could be big-time if the coaching staff could light a fire under him.
Plan C: Draft offensive support for Bradford. This could come in the form of a target in the passing game or protection on the line. Now that we have our franchise quarterback, we've got to keep him out of the dirt. We haven't been able to move Barron yet, but we clearly want to, and Incognito's departure has left a void at guard. I like the 6'5" 330 lb. Vladimir Ducasse possibly as a right tackle but more likely as a brutal right guard. Alternately, we could look at Golden Tate. We have a lot of developing talent at receiver, so we probably only want to take him if we think he could easily work his way into the starting lineup. I don't think we'll spend a 2nd rounder to bring a guy who will just add to the competition at a spot. We'd like to get someone who will shore up an area of weakness.

Re: What to do with Round Number 2
I think we've got to get the most out of round 2 as we possibly can. We gotta bleed that sucker dry like the Bronco's did. There's going to be a frenzy over the two QB's at the top of the round and that's hopefully going to get us a shot to move down.

Trade down. There are multiple quality players and if you can add 2 quality picks, go far it.
The problem with Kindle is that he doesn't fit their 4 pillars. I'd be thrilled to add him to the roster but there is a reason he fell.

Trade down!
The Rams could move down five - to - ten spots and pick up maybe two or three picks in this draft.
I don't think the Rams would trade for a first in next years draft.
After the trade down. I hope one of these players are available.
1 DE Carlos Dunlap
2 WR Golden Tate
3 WR Branden Lafell (Reminds me of Anquan Bolden)
4 OT Bruce Campbell
5 DT Brian Price
6 OLB Daryl Washington

... their 2009 first round pick, that is.
Here's my thinking...
The Rams have a lot of needs, and this is a pretty deep draft. If they were to offer their 2009 first round pick for a pick in the 20-30 range of the first round (the other team doing so on the hope that they would end up with a much higher pick next year), they could fill a lot of needs without having to dip into free agency.
For example, how about a scenario in which the Rams can get Jake Long (Rd. 1A), Derrick Harvey (Rd. 1B), Josh Barrett (Rd. 2), and Donnie Avery (Rd. 3)?-
