Jeez, at least post some news!

Is it me, or does it seem like with the emergence of Chris Brown and the signing of Antwoin Smith, formerly of the Pats, that Holcombe's role has been reduced? In four games, he's record only 17 touches.

      I just saw this....
I'd LOVE to have it, but the seller doesn't really provide any proof that it is authentic.

      Rams playbook for sale??
      by RamWraith
This is one of the wierdest things I have seen for sale on E-Bay. The Rams 2000 playbook on cd rom. Do you think this is legit? Would the Rams be pleased about this? WEIRD!

They have sold a bunch of teams old play books. Makes me wonder if it isn't a printing company trying to make some money. WOW!...

steven jackson-what football card investors think
      by Guest
Just an fyi on the way the football card investment speculators view steven jackson. A steven jackson rookie card in perfect condition is being auctioned tonight. With a couple of hours to go, the card is over $100! Pretty amazing considering he has yet to set foot on the field. I have seen several other jackson cards not quite perfect but very, very nice go for over $40.

As a data point, marshall faulk rookies in comparable condition are a bit over $200 and he is a lock first ballot hall of famer. You can get a near perfect faulk rookie for as much as $35 and as little as $5 depending on the brand.

Of course, none of this proves that jackson will be a stud, but it sure tells you that someone other than us rams fans believe that will be the case.

Rams Report Card: Martz, O-Line ace Seattle test

      Post-Dispatch Staff
      Sunday, Nov. 14 2004

Grading the Rams after their 23-12 victory over the Seattle Seahawks:

For the second time in his career, Marc Bulger has posted back-to-back passer
      ratings of 100-plus.

      GRADE . . . A minus

      Running backs

The 1-2 punch at its best, with Marshall Faulk gaining a season-high 139 yards,
and Stephen Jackson scoring his second touchdown in the NFL.

      GRADE . . . A

There were a couple of drops, including a costly one by Shaun McDonald over the
      middle in the end zone.

      GRADE . . . B

      Offensive line

Despite Orlando Pace's ejection and Chris Dishman's injury, this unit performed
a 180 compared to last week.

      GRADE . . . A

      Defensive line

The effort was there, but there wasn't much of a pass rush, or enough
      resistance on run defense.

      GRADE . . . C minus

Some improvement from recent weeks, both in shedding blockers and getting to
      the ball.

      GRADE . . . B minus

Easily its best outing of the year. Travis Fisher's impact on coverage is
      beginning to be felt.

      GRADE . . . A

      Special teams

No huge breakdowns, but kickoff coverage is still lacking. Arlen Harris
provided some spark on kickoff returns.

      GRADE . . . B minus

With his team in a do-or-die dilemma, Mike Martz's extreme approach during the
      practice week paid dividends.
