This popped into my head when I heard the Patriots signed Torry Holt. Reason why? I don't know, I just want a big name signed by the Rams, much like some of you do. I like the way we're building the team - I love the Diggs and Fraley pickup, but when I saw they went out and got a solid offensive threat I just went, "Damn. I effing hate the Patriots more than any team and I love Torry Holt with all my heart.."

So....

This is based on current front office, coaches, style, etc. Think of the coaching style, the aggression in getting players, draft stature, etc.

NOT BASED ON PLAYERS.

Washington? Hate Dan Snyder.
Lions? Kind of like Jim Schwartz, I like defensive teams, the rags to riches story (hopefully) of Detroit...
Bengals? Gangsters. Hell no.

I'm settling on the Jets. If I had to pick, it would be them. I love Rex Ryan and the way he defends his players, particularly Revis last year. I love Raven-esque defense with safety blitzing and exotic packages. I like that the front office goes out and gets big players like they've done this year (4! pro bowlers for very little - Santonio Holmes, LT, Cromartie, Jason Taylor) and I like the "win it all" attitude of the team in general.

Can't answer based on an FO, because I'd never like a team for its owner/FO.


Having said that, Tennessee Titans by a mile. Why you ask?

Honorable mentions would be Falcons, Jets (based on players again, tho I do love me some Rex Ryan). Mike Tannenbaum is doing a great job, thus far for them. He's all of 37 years old too, so props to him

I'd probably have to go with the Titans. Their stadium is about a 90-minute drive from my house, and of course they show all of their games on TV around here. Plus, I've already got respect for them.

My family is from Chicago and they are all Bears fans, so I have always considered them my #2 team. I also am a fan of Baltimore for their perpetually strong defense, and Buffalo because they are the closest thing I have to a hometown team living in Upstate NY.

Browns. Live in Central Ohio, and get both Browns and Bengals games on TV every week. Used to live in northern Ohio though, so everyone's a Browns fan.

Browns. I was born in a suburb of Cleveland and though I only lived there for my first two years,I've always kinda, sorta followed the Browns somewhat.

At any rate, nothing compares to the Rams. That's the way it is and always will be.

My wife is a bengals fan, so they would stand a chance. But the Chargers play in blue and yellow, different shade to both our recent colors but, it would do!

I think I'd maybe align myself with the Dolphins. Parcells is a pretty smart guy and they're coached by Tony Soprano and the New Jersey mafia, which is cool.

Would have to go with the Jets right now.. like how the handle themselves FO and managing their orginization in the last couple of years.

Close Second would be the Ravens, Chargers, Cardinals

It'd have to be one of the teams close by so I could go to games, and watch them on local tv. That's the hard part about being a Rams fan in CA, you have to pay the a-holes at direct tv a ton to get to watch them. So that leaves me with the whiners, Raiders and Chargers. No way in hell I'd root for the first two, so I guess the Chargers.
