Partially thanks to injuries, Bly has been limited this season and has made only 15 tackles and two interceptions. He's had hip and knee problems since the preseason. After a stud year in 2003, it seems Bly has come back down (perhaps forced back down) to earth. The only other season in which Bly boasted two interceptions or less was 2002.
