I see more and more British people talking about american football. I think that's great! But I didn't know that american football is popular over there. Does the Nfl ever draft people from Europe to play here other than kickers??? does anyone know?
I saw an interview on TV here in the UK with Scott McCready (WR) the week of the Superbowl. I think he`s on the Patriots practice squad, he was born in the UK but left to live in the States when he was 15, went to the Univesity of S. Florida and was a free-agent acquisition.
Just been drafted by the Claymores to play in NFLE after being allocated by the .... other team
There was an English born defensive lineman in camp with the Rams, he was from central Florida but the name escapes me just now. he was a light weight DE and got into trouble for not giving it max Q. God what was his name
Yeh , willie Gary could be a star at Safety and the linebacker Hawke had some time with i think the Panthers, but he will have to work hard because the Claymores have protected 3 LB's from previous years so Hawke will have his work cut out, mind U being assigned probably guarantees him a roster spot if not playing time.
