Combine, MockDrafts & Stuff

I was just checking out the combine results and noticed that not all players listed had stats beside their names. Does anyone know why? I was looking closely at WR's becuase the majority of mock drafts I read have the rams picking a WR, Josh Reed and Donte Stallworth are the two names that I keep seeing. Also I didn't realize that Reed was only 5' 10". I guess this isn't seen as a problem.

Some of the players will go to the combine, but won't work out. They and their agents feel that it might actually hurt their draft chances if they go there and have a bad performance... At least, this is what I have heard...

I'm not comfortable with small WR's. Not the way DB's play this game now. What makes Moss special is the fact he is much taller than the DB covering him.

I'll say it once... The combine is just as pointless and overhyped as the Pro Bowl.

We could probably get Lockett further down than the 3rd. More like the 5th, but I do agree that he is a solid option for a late round selection.

I saw Josh Reed play a couple of games on TV this past season and he looked pretty good. He showed a lot of confidence in his ability and more important, his team showed a lot of confidence in him when they needed a play.
