Rams playbook for sale??

This is one of the wierdest things I have seen for sale on E-Bay. The Rams 2000 playbook on cd rom. Do you think this is legit? Would the Rams be pleased about this? WEIRD!

They have sold a bunch of teams old play books. Makes me wonder if it isn't a printing company trying to make some money. WOW!

I have seen the 99 playbook for sale on ebay as well. I didnt buy it because who knows if its legit and it really isnt scarce, since one copy can get turned into a thousand copies. About a month ago on ebay was a 1970 rams defensive playbook which was really cool.
