  • The Jeff Hatch deal is dead

fyi, jeff hatch failed his physical. As a result, the rams did not execute the contract with him and are apparantly still looking for depth at the offensive tackle position, at least for purposes of bodies for training camp and the preseason games.

A real key here is that the rams apparantly want andy king to be able to play as much guard as possible in camp, since that is where his future lies.

Tyoka Jackson in reality is a DT that can play DE. I think the Rams have enough depth on the D line for now. Hopefully things will pan out in trainning camp.

I've been hearing a lot about Andy King. Hopefully he shows up big (figuratively) in camp because the Rams will need some help at guard in the very near future.

I agree, Jake. I'd love to see King compete for or even win a starting role for this season in the interior. It always pleases me when we can grow our own starters instead of being forced to sign free agents.
