I wish I knew emphatically that Leonard Little will be able to play the whole year. I'm not here judge anyone on a personal level, just as a football level.
...to trade our first round pick next year for Adewale Ogunleye. He could fill a void if Little is lost or step in and play in Wistrom spot. Gives us a Guarantee
Sign the Big Man long term. Definitive clarification of littles status would certainly be nice, but all indications and reports are that the nfl will take no action pending resolution of the court case and most recent reports are that this wont litigate until after the season is over. The bigger question with little is whether he can play at the highest level and stay out of any additional trouble with this hanging over his head.

That's a good idea, but how do we sign him long-term? He's reportedly looking for a deal along the lines of what Kearse got this season and what KGB got last year. That means we're talking about a contract close to what Faulk signed a few years back.
Not to be facetious, but how can you have rules governing wishes?
What's the fun in wishing for something that's easily obtained in a different manner. Sounds like a wasted wish, if you ask me.
However, in keeping with the spirit of the thread....I'll play along.
Here's to wishing that Marshall Faulk's last two seasons were a fluke...and that he returns to the form he showed from 1999 to 2001 for at least another 3 years.

Especially since we will have the last pick of the first round next year. :king:
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
