  • At least we're not the Cardinals

When all else fails... there are the Cardinals to make us feel better.

Can you imagine what Rams fans would be saying today if the team had lost to the Seahawks in the manner that the Cardinals lost yesterday?

I think this board would spontaneously combust.

I am shocked and shagrinned about last nights game. I watched till there were 5 minutes to go and the Tards had just intercepted Grossman again. The score at that time was 23-10 Tards. I figured this game is over.

Boy oh boy the Tards really blew that game........They did show everyone else around the NFL that the Bears are beatable. Rex Grossman came back to earth and played like crap!

well but didnt we still blow the lead though.. i mean not as bad as the cards did..but we were up 21-7 at the half....so in a way we kinda blew it too..but we werent up 23-10 with like five minutes left and then blew it...but still we should have kept the lead that we had too..so that is still disapointing to me...Yeah good we are not the Cards but we gave that game to the seahawks too.. i mean its not like they had to go far down the field on most of them score..and With the cards only reason they were in the game is cuz they had short field possition the entire first half...i mean come on...Sexy Rexy haha was trying to give that game to the cards last night so really IMO Cards should have never been in that game and the Bear deserved to win that game...cuz they were the better team....And it makes me sick for people blaming the kicker..yeah he is payed to make those kicks..but isnt edge suppose to be payed to be their savior, and even thought Matt did good he had that costly fumble that turned into a TD....so It was a team loss...ok..now that i got that off my chest..im glad we arent the Cards for one they are 1-5 and we are 4-2...

Pete Schrager's prediction for the Rams and Cards
                    by Rampingitup
St. Louis at Arizona: A week after nearly squandering a 33-13 fourth-quarter lead in Denver, the Rams should notch their second road win of the season, over lowly Arizona. Sam Bradford continued last week what should make for an Offensive Rookie of the Year campaign, notching the first 300-yard game of his career and tossing three touchdowns in the win at Denver. The Cardinals? Theyre a really bad football team. Would they have been this bad with Matt Leinart a guy who had been in the system for four years under center in 2010? In hindsight, the Whisenhunt-Leinart situation is a bit like the girl who rejects the longtime best friend when he finally makes his move so she could go on a bunch of blind dates with strangers instead. And those strangers chuckle on the sideline during embarrassing nationally televised blowout losses at home.

The Pick: Rams 30, Cardinals 13

                    Edge and the Cards.

Look guys I don't see how in the world people think that just because they got edge that there O-line will all of the sudden be better. they are counting on 2 rookies to get the job done, I dont see it happening for them. The cardinals are an overrated organization and will always be just the cards nothing more nothing less. that is just my opinion.

                    -god bless :ramlogo:

Game 16......last game of year Cards @ Rams
                    by macrammer
This last week of regular season, 8-7 Rams host the Arizona Cardinals. Rams lead series 42-38-2. Rams beat Az rather handedly in first meeting this year. Game 16's are tough to gauge. I sense the Cardinals are up for this game due to the loss they suffered earlier in season. I have no idea where the Rams psyche lays for this game. I will base my pick on paper and say Rams win to finish 9-7.....

                    What say you?

                    Happy New Year everyone!

                    Cards Have a Chance
                    by Right_Said_Red
Can Edge finally have a 100 yard game? The 63 yard average is driving me bananas. We will see on Sunday. If he does well, there is a fighting chance for the Cards to win.

I will admit that Leonard Little scares the bejammers out of me on the pass rush, though. With our O-line being a joke, it could get ugly fast in that area. Although your team's O-line is also struggling, at least YOUR team can play the injury card. There's really no excuse for ours being bad.
