Fun with Mapquest (or... from me to the EJD)

The thought occurred to me... (why, I don't know)... I wonder how far my office is from the Edward Jones Dome. So, with the help of Mapquest, I determined that it is:

Distance: 1,208.74 miles
Estimated Drive Time: 19 hours, 23 minutes

So, now you know why I don't go to many home games!

Anyone (Yes, Dez, I know you CAN'T actually drive to St. Louis unless the Bering Strait is frozen over) have a longer drive to the EJD?

thats no excuse for not making a trip to RAM LAND and you know it. I know it ...... in fact WE ALL KNOW IT.

But it makes for an interesting thread, who is the furthest from the Ed Dome

Distance 2015.99 miles/ Time 30 hrs 59 minutes. Thank goodness for planes. I don't think anyone could survive a car ride with me for that long. I just do not have that kind of patience!! :tongue:

1844 miles, 29 hours 40 min. That is why I fly. Now for the game in AZ I will be driving. It's only a five hour drive to Phoenix.

My technological limitations are such that i can not operate mapquest without assistance so i cant really participate in this excellent thread. However, when this thread runs its course, i think we should all recalculate using mapquest to determine who lives the furtherest from the Dez Castle in Scotland. Maui Ram could be the early favorite on that one.

As far as distance I guess I have no excuse either. It's only a 1324.25 miles and should only take 20.17 hours. I've actually drove past there before on my way to Wichita Kansas back in 92. Driving by the arches would have much more meaning now though. It's those 25 lane highways that get me. Driving 85 miles per hour isn't the problem, it's carrying on a conversation with the guy beside you at 85 that is the b**ch. ( Could you please let me pull into your lane, I need to take that there next exit 12 lanes over, Thanks for your help).
