Why (What) is Turley hiding??

I have read a couple of articles now and have read the Rams have been trying to contact Sally for a few days and have been unsuccessful. Why?

Has he not returned phone calls? Does he not care to update the team on his progress? Will he not say why he is going to get yet another opinion in Atlanta, did he not like the one he got in LA? This will be the forth person he has seen in a week and he is not letting the team in on his secret?

Stupid Turley, all worried about his spine and his ability to carry out his activities of daily living during life after football. Imagine that.

I guess he's playing it safe and I can't really blame him.
I hope it turns out to be okay. I have back problems as well and know how it can affect daily life.

Where's Kyle?

Coach Mike Martz had nothing new to report about offensive tackle Kyle Turley's back injury, mainly because Martz hasn't been able to track him down. Martz said Turley hadn't returned his phone messages.

"I wouldn't have any idea where he is or what's happened," Martz said. "I've called him four times and have not heard back from him. I just don't know."

Turley had offseason surgery for a herniated disc in March, and pain reoccurred early in camp. He left Sunday for an examination in St. Louis and also was expected to get evaluations in Los Angeles and Birmingham, Ala. Turley has expressed concern that his career could be in jeopardy.

I agree. I understand the concern, you can't screw around with your spine.

However, he should at least be reporting in and returning his phone calls so the team knows what's going on with him. I sure know I wouldn't get away with not being at work without telling my employer what's going on.

I never really thought that Turley was a Ram, "Marc is our QB" what the hell does Turley know about the Rams QB when he is in his first year as a RAM!

This is really getting weird!!!Kinda makes you wonder whats going on behind the scenes.You would think that if the doctor reports were positive we would have heard something by now.I dont have a good feeling about this one.

I am not liking this situation. I think we have major problems going on here.

Mostly a report from around the NFL, but he did have this to say about Kyle Turley....

Seems Turley is no longer returning phone calls from Mike Martz or any other Ram personnel. McClaine was talking about how this kind of action is inexcuseable and should never happen. He also went on to talk about this is exactly why the Saints wanted to get rid of him because he's "a head case".

This could be why there really haven't been any updates on his condition or how serious his injury is. This just isn't a good thing.

If this Turley situation is accurate, it's certainly not surprising. Maybe it will all work out, but it looks like the Rams may have a Barret Robbins on their hands.

If this Turley situation is accurate, it's certainly not surprising. Maybe it will all work out, but it looks like the Rams may have a Barret Robbins on their hands.

He's available. Maybe the two can feed off each other. Convert Darrell Russell to OG and the right side of our line would look like a Three Stooges episode...wup, wup, wup, nna, nna, nna, ceytonly...oh look at the grouse.
