What's the fuss? Tinoisamoa will play
By Jeff Gordon
On Sunday, Rams coach Mike Martz wondered if linebacker Pisa Tinoisamoa would miss a couple weeks after suffering a dislocated shoulder.
But then Tinoisamoa came to work Monday wondering what the fuss was.
"He's in here lifting weights," Martz said Wednesday. "He wears a brace. He'll be fine."
How can he be ready to play Week 2, at Atlanta on Sunday, after suffering that injury in Week 1?
"I think he has interchangeable parts," Martz quipped. "That is the only way I can explain it."
Linebacker Trev Faulk isn't so lucky; he suffered a torn hamstring muscle and is headed to the shelf. Tony Newson is expected to move up to the active roster to take his place.
Safety Adam Archuleta (back spasms), receiver Kevin Curtis (shin splints), linebacker Tommy Polley and center Andy McCollum (sprained ankle) are all expected to play through their injuries.
