I already sent this to you boss...but I will post it here for everyone's benefit
This week: The Rams meet the Lions on Monday Night Football
I don't think this is going to be much of a game, especially seeing how the Rams played last Sunday. Detroits offense is ranked 21st in the league and their defense has given up an average of 340.5 yards per game (23), not a good sign when you face this high-octane offense. I see a long night ahead of Detroit, a complacent Ram team is their only hope...
Final score: Rams 38, Detroit 14
edited: to fix the score, somehow I had posted 37 instead of 38...I can't gip us out of 1 point :: wink ::
This is based on the way the teams should preform on paper, not taking in account the Rams might not be up for the game from a mental stand point. If Martz has the team ready to play this will be the out come. If not it could be long night for the Rams and their fans.
I think the Lions will try to control the clock running the ball, but it will backfire because of turnovers.Lovie's bend but dont break defense prevails again and the Rams offense takes advantage of the Lions secondary, but choses to run time off the clock in the second half rather than run up the score.
ST.LOUIS RAMS:THE MOST FRUSTRATING TEAM IN THE NFL!!!
I know you Lion fans like to have hope, but the fact is Detroit couldnt even take the BROWNS two weeks ago! Now they expect even to be let on the field at the same time as the Mighty Rams?!?!
You heard it here first folks, expect a break-down in the Motor City, and I dont think even a Shortblock Chevy Engine is going to be able to get the Offense or Defense going for the Lions against the Rams. They are just a wreck on the side of the road on the way to the 'Ship, and all this game amounts to is the Rams slowing down to do some rubber-necking as they cruise on by!

Biggest thing to happen to the Rams in a long, long time, a message that will resonate throughout sports.
Rams 34, Detroit 0. That's right, a shutout.
And the Sooners will CLOBBER texas.
That is bold statement but I admit to almost posting a shutout myself. The reason I never, our guys have yet to shut down the first half. The last 2 games have been shutouts for the Rams, part because the other team is running out of steam trying to keep up with us
I might post a shutout for the Jets game, I think that may be the most likely one.
__________________________________________________________ Keeping the Rams Nation Talking
Because every week you people sit here and pick the score. it does us no good so please i am asking you please stop with the game predictions. to tell you the truth it is a jinx, what it does is it get's all of us ram fans cocky and when we lose you go blaming the coaching staff. if God wanted us to win we would. so please stop doing game picks.:clanram:
*Rams Protect Bulger
*Defensive Line Disrupts Matt Hasselbeck
*Rams Secondary Slows down T.J Houshmandzadeh
*Kicking Game for the rams is Perfect
*Steven Jackson rushes for 100 Yards
If the rams can do all of these things then I think the Rams will win
