Did anyone watching the game last night pick up on the one announcer who kept butchering Atogwe's name? I can't help but wonder if O.J. will be amused if he elects to watch NFL Network's broadcast of the game. The first few times the announcer slurred over his first name, I thought the guy would give up, but no .. he was persistent. He did a little bit better with O.J's last name, but not much ..

Re: I wonder if Atogwe is amused ..
He and Munoz were AWFUL! Unprepared, unable to identify players and obviously unable to pronounce names. He sounded drunk trying to say Atogwe's name and he couldn't even say Bar-Tell right. Painful to listen to.
What ever happened to the NFL Network practice of having one team's announcers do the first half and the other teams announcers doing the second half for preseason games?

I just recently acquired Direct TV, and never knew about the first half one teams' announcers, and the second half the other teams .. I can see why they stopped though and went with the current announcers .. It had to be the almighty dollar .. I mean -- how much would you be willing to pay last night's bozos? If NFL Network didn't get those guys on the cheap, they're overpaying big time !!
