  • No thread on Incognito to defense?

Martin Kilcoyne talked about how they're considering moving incognito to the otherside of the ball to try and stop the run. Anyone know anymore about this?

No he didn't. He read an email from a viewer who suggested the Rams look at moving Incognito to defense. He never said the Rams were considering it and made a joke that anyone would consider it.

From wikipedia, "the sports director at KTVI-TV FOX 2 in St. Louis, Missouri. Kilcoyne anchors the 5, 6 and 9 p.m. sportscasts " I've never heard of him before either. Seems like Rebel ended the debate anyway.

Hey, Incognito did a great job slowing down the offense in Seattle, too bad it was ours.

Have they considered moving him to the other end of the Gatorade cooler? I think he would serve us better as waterboy instead of penalty boy

Do the Blues need an enforcer? Maybe we could teach him how to skate and send him down the road.

Or maybe...he just needs to get his head in check, and learn how to pass block better. If he can do that, he may be more than serviceable for us...

I've been behind Cogs for a year now and I've said all the things about him getting his head on straight. I just don't see it happening. Maybe I'm wrong, but I would have thought that the offseason with Spags lighting a fire under his butt to get his head right would have done it. So far no luck. Maybe being in Spags' doghouse for a bit will do it, though it seemed that he was just supporting his emotions. I still hope for Cogs to be a dominant lineman without costing us penalties, but I no longer count on it.
                            I believe!:ram:

He's been cut from 2 teams. If he was going to get his head on straight it would have happened by now. Great talent but other teams know he has anger control issues and they know that if they start arguing with him, he'll be off his game the rest of the day and lose all concentration. Every week teams do it and he falls for it routinely.

Incognito is scheduled to visit the Bills on Saturday. Should the Rams bring him in for a look?

With everything that has been going on with Training Camp & the Barron situation, there has not been much, if any, mention about Incognito. Last I heard, he was still unsigned and they were waiting to get the latest update from the doctor. My realistic expectation is he goes on IR or PUP for the year. Does anyone have an update on his situation.:clanram:

Incognito might not be incognito for much longer.

I just got done reading the Warren Sapp chat on nfl.com and I found a particular question to be kind of funny. A guy asked Sapp who the most annoying player he has ever lined up against was. Guess who it was? That's right, it's Incognito haha. Who would've thought that Incognito would be annoying? (sarcasm)

                                Dockett calls out Incognito
                                by RamWraith
                                This came from another forum:

Arizona defensive tackle Darnell Dockett leveled some salvos at Rams center Richie Incognito in the visitors' locker room. "We played against a center that didn't play by any rules whatsoever," Dockett said. "He's out there trying to hurt some of our guys. Karma will deal with him. Trust me, I know all about it. We played well even though we had to play against an (expletive) who tried to hurt some players on our team." Incognito was flagged for unnecessary roughness, a 15-yard penalty, in the third quarter.
