  • You know what the best part is?

Even after this 0-3 start, we are only 1 game back of the Cards and Seahags and 2 games back of the whiners.

We all knew it was going to be a tough start but as the season goes on, we should get better and improve in all aspects of the game, which hopefully will translate into some wins.

    We will lose to the
    Vikings
    Colts
    and Saints.

And win the rest. 10-6 baby!

exactly everyone is already writing off the season. had luck been on our side and we didnt shoot our selves in the foot we could very easily be 2-1 we could have beat the skins and packers. in this division you always have a shot

I think we had a chance to beat the hawks as well, but yeah you are right 2-1 was very possible. I think Spags will address the turnover issue and we are gonna get more aggressive on D and force some.

I think some are running out of reasons to support the team. The Rams have won 5 of their last 35 games. They lost a to Redskins team that lost to the Lions. You look at the schedule and wonder where the win will come.

Sadly, I am one who is losing hope. I know you are supposed to always support your team, but they have been bad for a couple of years now and I don't see as much improvement as others do.

To make matters worse, I am surrounded by ***** fans and will have to listen all this week how the ***** are going to beat the Rams and then a whole other week about how bad they beat them. :disapointed:

I truly admire everyone who is standing by the Rams right now.

Just don't care what whiners fan's think. When they offer good conversation, give them the time of day.

Support your team through and through, thick and thin.

With the QBs we have, don't get your hopes. We might win a game or two with Boller.

Well I feel differently. I feel we are headed in the right direction. We have a brand new FO and I love our new head coach ( I cant really comment on the coordinators since I dont know much about them). They are going to find football players and thats final!! This year we were really close against the cap and couldnt do much, but at least we are finding building pieces for the future. **** doesnt happen over night!

They should start to be more aggressive and take a few more shots, what have we got to lose, really,??? Bulger out, Robinson out....Come on Rams, take some shots, some razzle dazzle, blitzes, flea-flickers, reverses, etc, it's RIVALRY WEEK for us and we need a win!!!

Take it or leave it: The rams winning this Sunday against the CowGirls will salvage their season?
If you like that state take it if not state leave it.

Before you read anything else we all knew this first half of the schedule at the begginning of the season was going to be murderous and our impressions have proven right. The team's we are going to start playing this last half will give us alot higher chances to start getting W's.

Ok I been thinking this the last week or so and have thought that this week will be our first win of the season. I was realistic last week and knew the defending champs were going to beat us but Dallas is perfect for a beat down and our first win since we are hungry for our first win. We played dam good against the Packers considering all things and our opponent and if that same intensity is there we will pick up a W in Dallas.

If and a big IF we do win then after NO we have 8 games we can realistcally win which at the very best and win out the rest of the year we will be 9-8. I'm thinking that we will lose one or two of those last 8 games and finish 7-9 or 8-8 And at the very least have a shot at the NFC West ONLY if we can be the Whiners twice.

Have we tasted a little Humble Pie?

After reading all the posts with the moans, groans, congrats, slagging off, praising the Rams and/or Seaslags since the game yesterday. There is one overwhelming thing which smacked me straight in my face this morning.

Maybe, for once we were the 'unlucky' team here, and in certain quarters, a small section of the clan just cant see what i mean and what i'm getting at.

I mainly need to bring us back to 2 games over the last few weeks, the games in question - Rams/Cards and Rams/Packers. what was the common theme?

Can we honestly say with hand on heart THAT unless Warner had'nt fumbled with their field position in FG range, we would have WON that game?

Can we honestly say with hand on heart THAT unless favre had'nt fumbled ALSO with their field position in FG range, we would have WON that game?

Lucky, destiny, whatever you wish to call it was on our side in them 2 games and we walked away just, with 2 wins.

I bring you to yesterday - as i write this sadly, i've not been able to access any of the game, so all i'm writing is from the game reports, posts, game stats, and from what was said in the chatroom last night, so in a small way i maybe missing a key point here.

IMHO we got beat by 3 FGs, simple as, stats wise we matched and bettered the Seaslags, ok we blew a 21-7 lead, thats says more about their O than our D IMHO.

So the game came down to a 54 yard FG on the buzzer, Brown hits, Seaslags win, Brown miss's, Rams win! sadly it when the way of the former,

So, are we feeling how the Cards and Packers felt at the time?
Would we rather have lost the 2 games, Packers/Cards YET beat Seaslags(thus making us what would be 3-3)
Would we rather have won the 2 games against Cards/Packers, and the Seaslags beat us?

I know where/which situation i would like to be in.

So, what we got dealt yesterday, losing on the buzzer to a 54 yd FG, with an overview of WHAT may have easily happened to us over the last weeks, lets go away lick our wounds, enjoy and work hard through our bye week.

Maybe for once, we, the Rams Franchise and fans have tasted a little Humble Pie back onto ourselves.

What the heck is going on,we've lost two that we could have won,and now we face the up and coming Falcons.A week or two ago I thought we had it all,but the last couple of games we seem to be falling apart.Kurt looks horrible and our special teams are the worst in the league.Turnovers are killing us,home field does'nt look like an advantage anymore. If play on this level continues we wont make the playoffs.WE should win this game against the Falcons, but who knows,it depends on what RAM team shows up,the focused one or the one thats too convinced and making comercials.I'm sorry to say that we are not the best team in the league, that goes to the Raiders, who I think will win it all,we are going to be lucky to be in the NFC championship game, and being a true blue RAMS fan it is hard for me to say this but the Whiners will win this division this year.I hope thats not the case but here we are again late in the season falling apart, instead of playing our best ball,we are losing focus. How do we turn this thing around? What do we need to do to get where we want to be?If and or when the rest of you read this, tell me what you think are my words too harsh or not harsh enough, tell me I want to know.Prediction this week RAMS 38 Falcons 17

If the Rams just had one more win. I know I'm dealing with hypotheticals but a 6-5 record sounds a lot better than a 5-6 record right now. If we would of beat the niners the niners would be out of this race right now as well.

But hey we're still in first place and that's all that matters ... JUST IMAGINE THOUGH...

We have a home game against the whiners and they are on a 4 game win streak.
I never want a loss to the whiners so for me, pound them and win out.
