Rams fill WR spot by promoting Nate Jones

The St. Louis Rams have promoted wide receiver Nate Jones from the practice squad, filling the vacancy on the 53-man roster created when leading receiver Laurent Robinson suffered a season-ending ankle and leg injury. Robinson has been placed on the injured reserve list.
The Rams had two street free agents in for visits Tuesday, Courtney Taylor and Larry Beavers, but decided to stay in-house and promote Jones.
Cant say if this makes things better or not, but I wish we would have held on to Sean Walker I really liked the guy and thought he played well during pre-season.
