Why don't the powers of all the STL.based fans buy the Rams like the Packer fans
did. Then you keep them there and you don't have to worry about them moving back to LA. Checketts needed Limbaugh and now he is fishing in a dried up pond.If anyone with any since buys the Rams(other than a STL.based group)They will move them to a better Market. It's all about money.The STL community should pull together and buy this team NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If not ........well........You know.

Karraker's plan sounds like the "Save the Rams" campaign that was started when the Rams were threatening to leave the Los Angeles area. I was living in Long Beach at the time. Some sports agent led the effort. It really wasn't taken seriously by the Shaw/Frontiere team since they wanted out regardless.

Packers fans can own shares in the team, but they have no controlling interest. The team is "publicly owned", but not publicly traded and everything is tightly controlled by the board of directors with shares being sold on an as needed basis to raise money.

Sorry i'm a bit behind the times. Thanks for the info. Now I will take it back to a secret bidder who claims he will win the bid and move the team back to LA!!!!!!!!!
