Laurinaitis. Long just doesn't have the physical skills to rush the passer this year....Avery is well.....Avery and Bulger may not last the season upright.

I would absolutely love to see Long on the other side. Like Barron, I bet we'd see a better player. But yes, I am hoping and banking on Chris Long, good luck!

bulger will. i mean the protection was there last week and with some confidence he will connect a few strikes to Avery. I also believe that with continued protection he will get that monkey off his back.

In a long article recently it reported that the way Spags runs his defense Long plays on the other side about a third of his snaps already in spelling Little.

If you've watched the game you'd also know Long gets about 1/3rd of his plays at DT. I'm not so sure about 1/3rd going to LDE.
