You guys crushed our hearts in 07'. I think you guys were like 0-8 and then you came to the Dome and turned us any way but loose. I hope that butt kicking is freash in the Saints minds and they don't look past the Rams one bit because any given sunday anything can happen.

Re: Saints vs Rams 2007
Thanks for being a class act. Same to your MVP QB Drew Brees, just watched him on TV talking about this game. Acknowledged to loss to the Rams in 2007, and also how well he expected the Rams to be prepared after the bye ...
Definitely a true class act also ...
Good luck to you!Comment

by SaintManJ83I remember in the late 90's the Rams and Saints were perpetually bottom feeders in the NFC West and then you guys had the "Greatest Show On Turf" assault in 99' and whipped everybody up. But I liked those Rams vs Saints battles of 2000 and 2001 before the realignment. I remember when we played you guys when Aaron Brooks made his first start in the regular season and we eeked out a 31-24 win. Then I remember being home on leave from the military when we played you guys again the last week of the season (a game I went to) and you guys beat us to get in the playoffs.
Marshall ran rough shod over our defense that week and for like 200 plus yards and the Rams beat us 26-21. The following week we played you in the playoffs were kicking the snot out of yall and then you guys came all the way back and nearly robbed us of our moment but we wound up winning because Hakim fumbled the punt return. Those Saints vs Rams battle was fun those years win or lose and it was devoloping into a nice little rivalry before the realignment.
I remember the next time we played you guys in the 01-02 season you were beating us 24-6 at half time and we came all the way back and won. You guys were like 6-0 coming into that game and woun up making the SB that year before losing to the Pats. The next time you guys beat us in the Superdome on Monday night and our fans were throwing beer bottles at the refs. The realignment kind of killed that budding rivalry. The Saints and Rams always had a decent rivalry in the old NFC west but were never main rivals and were never really good at the same time except for those years.-

After travelling to Minnesota in Week 11 to take on the Vikings, the Rams will return to the Coliseum for an NFC matchup against the New Orleans Saints. Though the game was originally scheduled to air on FOX on Sunday, Nov. 26 at 1:05 PT, it will now be cross-flexed to CBS.
The contest will be available live in approximately 80 percent of the country as the key CBS doubleheader of the day, with a new kickoff time of 4:25 ET/1:25 PT. Please note the difference in the scheduled station and start time when making plans to either attend the game or watch it live on television.-

by BEERIf, and a big if we won the Seattle game and played the Saints would have we fared as well as the Hawks? How would have our coaches played this game?
I see it 16 to 36 Saints, and bad coaching. Does that paint a picture. Whats your score? Truth hurts, dont it.-

by LARAMSo I am already making my plans to attend the Rams vs. Saints on December 15th 2013. My wife and I will probably be flying in on Dec 13th and stay through Dec. 16th. I'm thinking we'll be staying at the Hampton Inn (looks like great rates for early booking). Plus we have stayed there before and the price is absolutely outstanding for a nice economical weekend trip. Also a good friend and his wife may come as well, they are huge Saints fans with season tickets to the Saints games. I've been to numerous Saints games with him at the superdome and usually have a good game experience with my friend.
So does anyone have any suggestions for a Rams game weekend and especially game day experience? The only Rams game I have been to in St. Louis was a preseason game about 7 years ago. It was good but I just didn't know my way around the town just hoping to get some good advice from some locals. Been a Rams fan for almost 35 years.
Also do any clan members get together and tailgate on game days. Are there any good sports bars where ya'll get together afterwards? Not trying impose on anyones party just thought it would be cool to put some faces with names. Just want to have a good weekend cheering my team....thanks for any suggestions-
