  • Helluvah Game, Bulger!

All parts of the game came together today to show how much better we have become. With the exception of a few snaps against Detroit, this was Gibson's first game. 7 grabs, 93 yards. His after the catch abilities are fantastic. He shined. Jackson, also shined. Carrying eleven men down field at one point. Avery played very well with 67 yards and two TDs. Amemdola had one drop that stung a bit, but he made up for that on a special teams play not so much after; completely laying Courtney Roby out to avoid a first on their own 1 yard line. Our line opened holes up for the run like a hot knife through butter. Bulger had time today and was able to use it. The D was outstanding. A sack for Long, Atogwe forcing a fumble, Butler later getting a key interception...

...Today had so much potential, an exciting game to watch. The Rams lost, but showed they are capable of playing with the big boys. I like the direction St. Louis football seems to be headed.

I agree. Nice game. It felt like a win to me.
The Rams... Where dreams go to die.
