    Per PD, Richie is gone!

    Rams release Incognito

    By Jim Thomas
    St. Louis Post-Dispatch

The St. Louis Rams have released offensive guard Richie Incognito.
“As with all other personnel moves, this is what we felt was in the best interest of the team at this time,” coach Steve Spagnuolo said in a statement. “We appreciate Richie’s efforts and we wish him the very best.”

    Prediction #1:

The Raiders will pick him up.

    Prediction #2:

Bernie will try to take credit for this by citing his recent comments about Spags' "credibility."

    Prediction #3:

When Prediction #2 comes true, I'll vomit.

We tried to fix him, he was just to hot headed. Overall this is a good move, it's time to find a new guard.

          Trade?

Was he under contract for next year and could be traded?

Well, now our penalties category will return to normal .... almost. Barron has got a few more games.
If a team won their division seven straight times, that would be a NFL record. Now add on that team did it with seven different QB's in seven straight years, that record is unbeatable. To do that feat, you must of had a great Defense. Jack Youngblood was the captain of that defense.

Best of luck Cogs, take this as a lesson learned and don't be an idiot at your next stop.

NO, he was a free agent at the end of the year.

Love it. Dump Barron after the season, move Smith to LT and get a RT in off-season.

                  future looks better every day.

Respect to Spags, he makes all the right moves.

I love this move. As desperate as we are, we won't put up with his stupidity. He's a big spoiled punk! The league knows about his antics. I can no doubt see the Raiders picking him up.

I'm doubtful he'll learn. He didn't learn after being cut by Nebraska and Oregon. Why should he learn now?

Cogs was given alot more than 3 strikes so this doesn't come as a surprise to me.

This move will come back to haunt the Rams. Cogs had his Problems, but one things for sure, he aways had the back of his teammates. Ritchie is sure to bring success to another teams' offensive line, if he can control his volatile spirit. It wouldn't be a surprise to see a team thats heading to the playoffs give Cogs a shot.
Good Luck Ritchie! The Rams will definitely miss your 'Kick-Ass" attitude!
