Whenever Steve Jackson scores a touchdown, he always does this cool little thing where he drops the ball and pretends to punch it as it falls down. Then, he quickly undoes the straps on his helmet and goes back to the sideline.
He's from Vegas. He's rolling the dice (as in craps).
I know his parents were card dealers so he'd pretend to deal cards, but now he does something else and I don't think it looks too much like rolling dice, but I understand where it's coming from.
