I thought you quick keyboard bandits would post it by now. It's 7:06???

anyways I copied and pasted here it is. I will work on a clean one for desktops:

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ST. LOUIS – The National Football League released the 2010 regular season schedule today. The Rams will battle NFC West Division foes Arizona, San Francisco and Seattle twice this season while taking on teams from the NFC South and AFC West Divisions. The Rams will also host the Washington Redskins and travel to face the Detroit Lions.

“This is an exciting time on the NFL calendar with the draft and the announcement of the 2010 schedule,” Rams Head Coach Steve Spagnuolo said. “We look forward to opening the season at home in the Edward Jones Dome in front of our fans.”

The Rams will open the regular season at home for the first time since 2007 when they take on divisional foe Arizona in Week 1 (Sept. 12). The game will mark the second consecutive year the Rams have opened against a divisional opponent (at Seattle 9/13/09) and the first time the Rams have opened against the Cardinals since a 17-10 opening victory in the Edward Jones Dome in 2004.

In Week 2 (Sept. 19), the Rams will head west to take on the Oakland Raiders, the first regular season meeting between the two since the Rams shut out the Raiders 20-0 in 2006.

In Week 3 (Sept. 26) and Week 4 (Oct. 3), the Rams return to the Edward Jones Dome for back-to-back home games against the Washington Redskins and the Seattle Seahawks. The Rams played the Redskins at FedEx Field in 2008 and 2009, but this will be the first time the Redskins have come to St. Louis since the Rams took a 37-31 overtime victory in 2006. The Seahawks in Week 4 will mark the second divisional game for the Rams.

In Week 5 (Oct. 10), the Rams will travel to Detroit for the second consecutive year. The Rams defeated the Lions 17-10 in Week 8 last season.

In Week 6 (Oct. 17), the Rams return home to take on the San Diego Chargers. The meeting will be the first since the Rams played the Chargers in 2006. The Rams have played San Diego only nine times in the regular season, with the Rams holding a 5-4 all-time record.

The Rams take on the first of four NFC South opponents in Week 7 (Oct. 24) when they travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Buccaneers. The Rams last played in Tampa in 2007.

In Week 8 (Oct. 31), the Rams face their second NFC South opponent as they host the Carolina Panthers. The game will mark the first time the Rams have hosted the Panthers since the season opener in 2007.

After a bye in Week 9 (Nov. 7), the Rams return to the Bay area, this time to face NFC West rival San Francisco in Week 10 (Nov. 14). The game will mark the 122nd meeting between the teams. The series dates to 1950, San Francisco’s first year in the NFL. The Rams lead the all-time series 60-59-2.

The Rams will host the Atlanta Falcons in Week 11 (Nov. 21), the third meeting in the last four years between the two teams.

In Week 12 (Nov. 28), the Rams travel to Denver to face the Broncos in the first of three consecutive road games. The three-game stretch is the first time the Rams have had three consecutive games away from home since 2002. The Rams haven’t played in Denver since 2002, and hold a 6-5 lead in 11 all-time games against the Broncos.

In Week 13 (Dec. 5), the Rams go to Arizona to take on the Cardinals for the second of two meetings in the season. In Week 14 (Dec. 12), the Rams face the Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints, for the second meeting in two years.

In Week 15 (Dec. 19), the Rams take on cross-state rival Kansas City in the Governor’s Cup game. The game marks the first regular season meeting between the team since 2006. The Rams have taken on the Chiefs 20 times in the preseason, but has only faced them in the regular season nine times, with the Rams holding a slight 5-4 advantage.

The Rams play the San Francisco ***** in the second of two consecutive home games in Week 16 (Dec. 26). In the season finale in Week 17 (Jan. 2), the Rams take on another division opponent as they travel to Seattle to close out the regular season.

St. Louis’s preseason schedule, which was announced on March 31, features home games against the Minnesota Vikings (Aug. 14) and Baltimore Ravens (Sept. 2) and road contests at the Cleveland Browns (Aug. 21) and New England Patriots (Aug. 26).

LOL I was wondering the same thing, about to copy and paste it over here, you were a bit faster.

Overall I like our schedule, it seems to have a pretty "easy" first half, and nothing too brutal in the second half.

Playing the Raiders, Lions, Bucs, and Redskins early on should give us confidence, I could see us going 8-8 and maybe winning the division if Alex Smith collapses in San Fran.

Maybe a little optimistic sure, but thats why I am running for president in the Pollyanna Brigade

      Re: Where's the schedule?

I'm concerned. If we operate under the reasonable premise that A.J. Feeley = horrible QB who will struggle to beat any NFL team, and are planning on "easing" Bradford, Clausen, or McCoy into the starting job, we really needed those "winnable" games to be on the tail end of the season to have a reasonable chance at a 4 or 5 game jump in the standings.

This could be a very bad season.

        Re: Where's the schedule?

hard to tell what chances we have in each game at this point..but compared to our schedules in recent years..it doesn`t seem as brutal as far as we can tell at this point.

the run-in looks a bit tricky but we may have some good momentum at that stage and our foes could be banged up..or already clinched a play-off birth so playing soft...who knows...it`s the NFL,anything can happen!

The nice thing about this schedule is that, for the first time in three years, the "easier" games are in the first half. In the last two years, the Rams had very hard early schedules, which resulted in very rough starts.

I like it as well but I think you have to describe that three game road trip vs The Broncos, Cards, & Saints as pretty brutal. Nice to open at home but did it have to be against probably our toughest divisional opponent?

I think this schedule is rated as the 31st toughest which can't hurt.
                  .
That's the good news. The bad news is The Cards schedule is rated 32nd.....

Dear Cards, so sorry you lost our....I mean...your HOF QB & a bunch of key vets. Hope this easiest schedule makes you feel better. Signed, The Football Gods.....

After finishing the 2006 season on a three-game winning streak, the Rams will get the opportunity to continue their momentum with a pair of home games to open the season, the NFL announced Wednesday.

For the second year in a row, the Rams will open the regular season at home. Last year, it was with a victory against Denver. This year, the Carolina Panthers will travel to the Edward Jones Dome on Sept. 9 for a noon tilt.

The following week, division rival San Francisco will be in town for another noon battle. St. Louis split with the ***** in 2006.

While the Rams will make no appearances on Monday Night Football this year and no scheduled games for Sunday Night Football (though that can change because of flexible scheduling), they do have one primetime regular season appearance on the slate. On Thursday evening, Dec. 20, the Pittsburgh Steelers will come to the Edward Jones Dome for an appearance on NFL Network.

Following the pair of home games to open the season, St. Louis hits the road for a pair of away games. The first comes on Sept. 23 with a game against the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay followed by a Sept. 30 battle against the Cowboys in Dallas.
On Oct. 7, the Rams return home for another NFC West battle with a chance to redeem themselves against the Cardinals at the Edward Jones Dome. The Rams dropped a pair of games to Arizona last season.

Perhaps the toughest stretch of games of the 2007 season comes with another pair of road games follows that tilt against the Cardinals with trips to face the vaunted Baltimore defense on Oct. 14 and to Seattle to face the division rival Seahawks on Oct. 21 at 3:15.

The Rams will hit the halfway point of the season the next week with a home game against the Cleveland Browns at noon on Oct. 28. The following week will be the team’s bye week, with the bye placed precisely in the middle of the season.

Coming off the bye, the Rams get back on the road for a pair of NFC games. On Nov. 11, the Rams travel to New Orleans to face last year’s feel good story of the league. The Saints went to the NFC Championship with quarterback Drew Brees in charge.

St. Louis follows that by wrapping up the season series with the ***** on Nov. 18 at Monster Park. With a majority of the road trips out of the way, the Rams will get the benefit of finishing the season with four of their final six games at home. Those home games could be crucial for a possible playoff run after the team played two of the final three on the road last year.

That stint starts with two home games, including the always important finale against the Seahawks on Nov. 25. After that, the Rams will renew acquaintances with former NFC West rival Atlanta and Michael Vick on Dec. 2.

The following week, the Rams hit the road...

The Rams first season under new head coach Scott Linehan comes with some interesting, yet difficult matchups. And there will be no easing into this year’s schedule.

One year after having one of the easiest schedules (based on opponents’ records), the Rams will get few breaks this year. They kick off the season on Sept. 10 against Denver at the Edward Jones Dome. The Broncos, of course, are coming off a 13-3 season in which they advanced to the AFC Championship game.

But there are plenty of other highlights on the schedule that should make for some interesting drama. Included in the schedule is a series of west coast stops with games in San Diego and Oakland in addition to the usual stops in Arizona, San Francisco and Seattle. In addition to the west coast travel, the Rams will be reunited with familiar faces in almost every game along the way. The Rams’ schedule includes matchups with the AFC West and NFC North as well as the usual NFC West games.

St. Louis has just one primetime game with a Monday Night Football matchup against the Bears on Dec. 11. That game will bring former Rams defensive coordinator and current Bears head coach Lovie Smith back to St. Louis.

One particularly interesting pair of games comes in weeks three and four. After the opener with Denver, the Rams travel to San Francisco the following week. In week three, St. Louis will get its first look at Arizona’s new stadium, new running back Edgerrin James and, of course, another meeting with quarterback Kurt Warner. That game is set for Sept. 24.

The following week, on Oct. 1, Mike Martz will make his return to St. Louis as the offensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions. The following week, the Rams will travel to Lambeau Field for what could be a part of quarterback Brett Favre’s final NFL season. The Rams will also get to see defensive tackle Ryan Pickett in a Green Bay uniform for the first time.

On Oct. 15, the Rams will get their first look of the season at the defending NFC champions when Seattle comes to St. Louis for a noon kickoff. The Seahawks finally got over the hump last year, beating the Rams a pair of times before marching through the NFC playoffs.

While Seattle hasn’t added any former Rams this year, it has made some big moves in the offseason including the addition of former ***** linebacker Julian Peterson and Minnesota receiver Nate Burleson. The teams will reconvene in Seattle on Nov. 12.

The Rams’ bye week comes two weeks earlier this year with the week of Oct. 22 serving as the team’s time off.

After the bye, the Rams get back into action with games against a pair of NFC West opponents. They travel to San Diego for an Oct. 29 meeting against the Chargers and follow that with a home game against Trent Green and Kansas City on Nov....

When you have secured the second draft pick in the draft over consecutive seasons, is there really any schedule that would look favorable? That only happens at Notre Dame, but unfortunately for the Rams, Nevada is not on their schedule. St. Louis begins its road to recovery on the road. St. Louis will open the season at Seattle and at Washington before finally having a home game in Week 3. . ...

                                Rams Schedule

Well, as usual the NFL didn't give the Rams any breaks when it comes to the schedule. As you can see from looking at it below, the league must not like hot seated coach Scott Linehan very much.

Getting off to a decent start is so important for a team, and having to travel to Philly for the opener, then face the Super Bowl champs at home, then on the road at Seattle is certainly no bargain at all.

I guess one has to look at the bright spots. At least we may have our O-line intact at the start against those three ferocious pass rushes. Then again, maybe looking hard at Jake Long in the draft isn't such a poor idea.

Should the Rams not be up to snuff in their blocking schemes at the start, Marc Bulger could end up in the hospital.

Then add "soft" opponent in Buffalo at home, an early bye and Washington in DC, a very hard place to play, followed by NFC possible favorite Dallas and it adds up to doom if the Rams are not ready to really play well early on.

Since the Redskins and Philly are on the road, this shapes up to be a nightmare that would be fortunate to even be .500 after six games, with 1-5 a real possibility, not a good omen for Linehan at all. Then comes a trip to New England, so at 1-6, Linehan may never even make it to November.

We will know very early if this team is improved, that's for sure, but it doesn't look good on paper. If it's really bad early, this fragile team might fall apart again and not be able to beat anyone by November.
