Various Thoughts
Hello Ram brethren. I'm very happy to be a part of the clan. I have a few random thoughts to share. I read somewhere that M. Strahan is supposed to be teeing off on Warner this week since Tucker is so banged up. How about a Faulk sweep to his side on the first series and double team blocking from Conwell occasionally throughout the game. As far as going undefeated, we know that's next to impossible. There is always going to be at least one game the Ram's are a little off and the opponent plays their game of the decade. This season sure smells alot like the 1999-2000 season though. My prediction: Rams-30 Giants-13.

1. Sam Bradford: QB rating of 107.0 today. So much for that rookie wall.
2. You have to love what Danario Alexander adds to this offense.
3. The D line was HUGE today!
4. The game never should have been that close.
5. My pick was Rams 24, Niners 16. Pretty close, huh?
6. James Hall had a MONSTER game.
7. Great and very timely return by Danny A.
8. There were a few calls I didn't like but, overall, I think Shurmur opened up the offense nicely.
9. The play Bradford made on the TD to Robinson was veteranesque (is that a word? It is now!)
10. From 1 win to 7 (and counting). Heck of a turnaround year.
11. Craig Dahl had some nice pass breakups today.
12. Darian Stewart has proven to be a nice street FA pickup.
13. 5-3 home record for the year. Nice.
14. The Rams have beaten all three division rivals this year. Also nice.
15. Eliminating the Niners. Gotta love that.
16. Though its hard to tell on TV (steaming on internet), but it seemed like a better crowd this week.
17. James Laurinaitis with another solid game. It will be nice to get him some help in the LB corps.
18. The Rams outscored the Niners 13-3 in the second half. That is significant for a team that has struggled in Quarters 3 and 4.
19. Brandon Gibson (but for one bad drop) had a very good game.
20. ON TO SEATTLE!!!!!-

by txramsfan1. I wonder what it felt like when the Pony Express was the fastest means of communication?
2. Could you imagine having ice delivered to your house like they used to?
3. It was hot last night here in Texas, I wonder how it felt when air conditioning wasn't yet invented but fashion dictated a 3 piece suit?
4. They just discovered a new tribe in the Amazon. Why do I think this is a very bad sign of our planets destruction?
5. I can remember gas wars. We used to drive around Poplar Bluff and watch gas stations change the manual sign from 20 cents to 19 cents A GALLON. Yes younguns, gas used to go down in price.-

1. Sam Bradford has been and has done everything we could have hoped or expected at this stage.
2. I can't think of any logical reason not to start Sam in the opener.
3. Fred Robbins and Clifton Ryan (with support from Darrell Scott) have looked pretty stout at the point of attack.
4. The waiver wire is definitely worth watching. Backup RB seems the most logical target, but WR, DE and S could be looked at as well.
5. Has anyone been a bigger suprise than Danny Amendola?
6. Right now, is there any player selected after pick #33 who you would take over Rodger Saffold?
7. Somebody needs to find a way to alter the Clash of the Titans (remake) trailer so that Liam Neeson (Zeus) exclaims "Release the JACKSON!"
8. Speaking of Jacksons... I'd be shocked if Vincent is in the Rams' plans.
9. Patrick Crayton, on the other hand...
10. Over/Under for JL's tackles: 125. I'm going with the "over."
11. Over/Under for Chris Long's sacks: 8. Again, I'll take the "over."
12. Null or Lewis? I'm going Null. Lewis will always be 6'0 (if that).
13. Hoomanawanui (did I spell that correctly?) continues to intrigue.
14. Rams are 2-0 in the Stan Kroenke era.
15. I wouldn't be opposed to the field (not the stadium) being named Rosenbloom Field (in honor of Caroll and his legacy).
16. One week 'till UM/Ohio State, dinner at Jake's, the Lumiere Hotel & Casino, and Rams home opener vs. Cards. I'm getting jacked up just typing this!
17. When are they going to get toasted ravs at the EJD!?!?!
18. Randy: I, along with many of your fellow Clan members, am thinking of you.
19. Ron Bartell and Brad Fletcher: if they stay healthy, they're going to turn some heads this year.
20. I see a #8 jersey in my future...-
