I'm still am unsure why children should receive gifts on their birthday. The parents already gave the child the gift of life. One ceremony should have been enough. If you want to commercialize the birthday ritual, perhaps the child should be giving the parents gifts in order to "thank" them for having brought it into the world in the 1st place. Maybe we should just add a new national holiday, the Birth Day. It could replace Columbus Day and be celebrated on April 1st.
And take away April Fool's Day? I don't even think so.....LOL
Don't worry Rampete. I saw your post on General Counsel's thread and before it got deleted I just wanted to say that I got very afraid of where you were going with the back-rubs ... it's good you got the schmuck moral out of that story ...
