    Nick, why are you posting at 620am?

    Nick, one question on your circa 6am post. Are you on your way back from the bars or just getting up for class. As the designated envy of the board for your youth and good looks, to say nothing for your rams knowledge, many of us are curious.

    ramming speed to you and we are in first place!

    I stopped posting around 1-2am est last night. I'm not sure where the 6:20am stuff came from...?

      sorry nick, i was on at 720am eastern and i thought it had you posting "1 hour ago" which i took to mean 620 am. You know that us lawyers often have trouble telling time, must have been some kind of technical glitch.

          Did you hear the one about the lawyer who died and went to Heaven.

          At the Pearly Gates, he inquired "how did I die?"

          "Old age" was the response.

          "How can that be?" he responded "I'm only 38."

          "Well, according to your time sheets, you're 86."

              The real trouble here is not punctuality; but that, generally speaking, they seem to have trouble telling time like it really is and would rather tell a token tale that isn't worth being told again.

                                What inflicts less damage on you, large quantities of black beans, brussel sprouts, or saurkraut.

                                Personally, i eat about three pounds of brussel sprouts a week so thats no problem for me, but the black beans can create an environmental biohazard in no time.

                                The following are a series of questions that i consider to be so controversial that i decided not to post them on the board. If anyone thinks that we should discuss them, please post. no offense intended to anyone, these are some of the more difficult issues on which reaosnable people can differ and often provoke very strong views.

                                1) Do you believe in god
                                2) where do you stand on abortion
                                3) should prayer be allowed in schools
                                4) should the us leave iraq? should we have been fighting in iraq in the first place?
                                5) should people be able to burn the flag as an expression of free speech?
                                6) Do you believe in the death penalty? If so, for what offenses?
                                7) what should the world do about the proliferation of nuclear weapons.
                                8) do you support nuclear power.
