Some ESPN, NFL commentators, etc., are already pointing the vs. New Orleans as THE BATTLE among NFC teams despite being only the second game of the year.

Mr. Peyton, now don't you go back to your tantrums, Got it? ...Let it GO!

Always nice to see the schedule released and comment on its pros and cons. Equally amusing are the foregone conclusions drawn based on last year's records of our opponents. I would caution anyone, (especially those who rate this an "easy" schedule) that any schedule with New Orleans, Carolina, Chicago, Pittsburgh and Baltimore, along with improved Cleveland and Atlanta teams is hardly a cake walk.

The schedule is what it is- and we will have a target on our back from every opponent we face. The price of success!

In addition, there's Dallas and the Seahawks twice. Looks like a pretty tough schedule to me.

How much longer are we going to London? Sheesh.

Not an easy schedule at all. Weird that the Cardinal games are so close together.

Tough schedule as expected, but what makes it even worse to me is the traveling. The first half of the season were damn near bouncing from coast to coast every week. It also doesn't helping having to go to London again AND lose a home game for it.

Kind of surprised the Saints game isn't in prime time.

The comments made are totally accurate, but the team not yet mentioned is the *****. Aside from the rivalry issues, there will be a healthy QB and RB, plus the defensive additions of Dee Ford plus a presumed Nick Bosa will make their balance of offense and defense better than previously faced. We certainly will have made upgrades so it will be a battle.

                  Go Rams!

The RAMS could move back to STL, to the NFL approved stadium on the river, and have 65k+ real RAMS fans in the stadium. Then they wouldn't have to pay the relocation price of having home games in London and they wouldn't have as many coast to coast bounces.

Or they can stay in LA and endure a few hardships with the schedule.

As of right now I say 10-6 or 11-5. What about you all?

11-5 seems feasible ... "as of right now".

So much preparation left to do.

Kenny Albert, Daryl Johnston and Tony Siragusa get the call for Fox when the St. Louis Rams face the San Francisco ***** at the Edward Jones Dome in Week 16. Kickoff is at 1 p.m. ET.

This is the first time Fox's No. 2 crew has worked a Rams game this season. They last worked a Rams game when the team faced the New York Jets in Week 10 of the 2008 season.

The Week 17 St. Louis at Seattle game on Sunday, January 2 will be played at 8:20 PM ET on NBC, the Jacksonville at Houston and Tennessee at Indianapolis games will move to 4:15 PM ET on CBS and the Chicago at Green Bay, Dallas at Philadelphia and New York Giants at Washington games will move to 4:15 PM ET on FOX, the NFL announced Sunday.

The NFL utilizes "flexible scheduling" on Sundays in Weeks 11-17. To ensure a Sunday night game and doubleheader games with playoff implications in Week 17, the flexible scheduling decision for that Sunday may be made on six days notice.

                                ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH
                                04/15/2008

Thereís no treading lightly when it comes to the Ramsí 2008 regular-season schedule; they get thrown right into the deep end.
Beginning with the season opener Sept. 7 at Philadelphia, the Rams play all four teams from footballís toughest division in 2007 -- the NFC East -- by mid October.

The Super Bowl champion New York Giants come to Our Town the following week, in the Ramsí Sept. 14 home opener.

Then itís off to Seattle in Week 3 to meet the four-time defending NFC West champions -- the Seahawks. And thereís more. Before midseason, the Rams play NFC East power Dallas (at home) and travel to New England to play the defending AFC champion Patriots.

Isaac Bruce fans must wait until Nov. 16 to see the former Rams great -- reunited with "Mad" Mike Martz -- when St. Louis travels to San Francisco. The ***** donít come to St. Louis until Game 15, on Dec. 21.

The Rams have a bye after just four games, matching the second-earliest bye since the move to St. Louis in 1995.

And for just the second time since the move to St. Louis, the Rams donít have a prime time game. The only other time that happened was in 1999
