Can someone tell me how to post a poll? Or are MODs the only ones allowed to post them?

The MODs could always grant special privileges to those they feel are "established".Comment

I got an idea.You could private message one of the MODS and lay out the structure for your poll and the MOD could give you credit for it in the first post.Just a thought.
